A former youth minister at a local church has been indicted on 13 counts of rape, sodomy and sexual abuse, according to a news release issued by Kentucky State Police.
Gordon Lunceford, 47, who now lives in Richmond, was indicted by an Anderson County Grand Jury and is accused of abusing at least two victims.
According to the indictment, Lunceford, who also has served as a youth minister in Franklin and Madison counties, committed the acts over the course of several months in 1992.
