Frankfort Regional wins quality award

Frankfort Regional Medical Center was recently awarded Kentucky Hospital Association’s (KHA) Quality Award at the KHA annual conference in Louisville, the hospital announced.
Recognized in the 100-to-250-bed size category, Frankfort Regional received the award for excellence in innovation in quality, safety and commitment in patient care. All acute hospitals, psychiatric hospitals and programs and post-acute hospitals and programs in Kentucky were eligible for the award, according to a news release.
