Franklin Delenor Burns, 70

Franklin Delenor Burns, 70, of Waynesburg, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at his residence.
He was the son of the late Bill and Mary May Collins.
Survivors include his wife Gussie Faye Howard Burns, a stepson, Darrell Keeling and a stepdaughter, Debra Suzanne Buck.
There will be no funeral services; a memorial service will be conducted at a later date at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville, Ky.
Sims Funeral Services in Harrodsburg is in charge of arrangements.
