A funeral director with Gash Memorial Chapel was indicted Wednesday by the Franklin County grand jury on two felony charges, according to the Franklin Circuit Court Clerk's office.
Lance Roe, 27, is charged with complicity to commit unlawful access to a computer, a Class C felony, and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony.
Roe is also a former part-time deputy with the Anderson County Sheriff's Office who assisted with crowd control.
