In Kentucky alone, 175,000 women are victims of forcible rape, according to the Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center, and I refuse to become one of them.
Thanks to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, you can refuse to become one of them, too.
Deputies Paul Blackhurst and Tony Likins were recently trained as Rape Aggression Defense instructors and will soon begin offering the nationally recognized courses as a service to the community.
