Doris Munsey never stopped trying.
For 10 years, the Lawrenceburg woman applied for but didn’t get a Habitat for Humanity home, but that changed last week when she was officially welcomed into her new home on Coleman Drive.
Anderson County Habitat for Humanity dedicated the 13th home it has provided June 10.
Munsey said it took a long time to get her own home, but the effort was worth it.
