Hazel Ann Milburn Smith, 78, of Lawrenceburg, formerly of Springfield, passed away at 1:20 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2012, at the Heritage Hall Health and Rehab Center in Lawrenceburg.
A native of Washington County, she was born on March 15, 1933, to the late Roy and Elsie Cheatham Warner.
She was a member of the Sand Spring Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg. She along with her first husband were owners and operators of Milburn’s Shoe Shop in Springfield for many years.
