Jeremiah is such an interesting character of the Bible. He authored Jeremiah and Lamentations. Jeremiah was a very much-hated man because of his prophecies.
He was scoffed at, people plotted to kill him, and he was commanded to remain celibate and not to participate in public celebrations.
