Junior Lauren Welsh named 2013 Distinguished Young Woman

Junior Lauren Welsh received first place at the 2013 Distinguished Young Women program, formerly known as Junior Miss, on April 21.  
First runner up was Lauren Lawless, who was also the scholastic winner of $500.
Second runner up was Alexis Corbin, who won the fitness award of $100.
Other awards included:
Liberty O’ Neal, scholastic runner up award of $250.
Suzanne Lilly, fitness award of $100.
Lauren Welsh and Lauren Lawless, self-expression awards of $100 and creative and performing arts awards of $100.
