Lady Bearcats roll past Collins
The Anderson County High School girls' basketball team rolled to its fifth consecutive 30th District championship with a 47-34 win over host Collins Friday night.
The Lady Bearcats roared to a 27-7 lead midway through the second quarter, then survived deep foul trouble and a cold shooting night to post the victory, the Lady Bearcats' 21st straight win. Destiny Stewart swished a trio of 3-point shots to energize the Lady Bearcats early.
