Main Street merchants want people to visit their stores and restaurants during the holidays, and are willing to stay open late to make that happen.

The Downtown Merchants Association announced Monday that many of its members will be open until 9 p.m. Friday night.

“Come downtown and rediscover Lawrenceburg’s spirit,” said Steve Clatos, the group’s spokesperson and co-owner of Café on Main.

“Get to know your neighbors again while spending a candle-lit evening enjoying what Lawrenceburg has to offer. From candles, antiques and custom woodworking to clothing, jewelry, stained glass and much more, there is sure to be something for everyone.”

Clatos said live music featuring Stonehenge will be at The Paddock 2, located next to The Paddock in what was formerly called The Louisville Store.

It and Café on Main will remain open until midnight, Clatos said.
