A Versailles man is scheduled for sentencing Tuesday on charges that include his third DUI in the past five years and fleeing from police.
Jason D. Nelson of 324 Ridgewood Dr. pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, first-degree evading police and other charges stemming from a traffic stop late last year on Keaton Lane.
The Commonwealth Attorney’s office has recommended five years of supervised diversion, including that Nelson will not be allowed to obtain a driver’s license for three years, according to documents on file in Anderson Circuit Court.
