Arrest marks 30th criminal charge for 29-year-old Waford

A 28-year-old Lawrenceburg man who court records show has been charged in 29 criminal cases made it an even 30 Monday when he was arrested for theft by unlawful taking and criminal trespassing.
At the time of his arrest, Shelby Waford, of 1375 Gilbert’s Creek Road, was wearing not one but two electronic monitoring devices attached to his ankles, according to police, who charged him and another man with stealing scrap metal from a residence on Harrodsburg Road.
Also charged was Charles W. Hall, 32, of Salt River Road.
