Mandatory trash will harm seniors

To the editor:
Just some tidbits for you to chew on about the mandatory trash collection:
1. I am sure some people in the county still have cisterns, so therefore no water bill.
2. Not condoning it, but some seniors with a tiny bag of trash put theirs together and split the trash bill. This will be a hardship for those limited income seniors.
3. It doesn’t seem fair that little Ms. Senior should pay as much for a tiny little bag of trash as Joe Public with the six kids who has eight bags or so a week.
