Military Child Appreciation Day set for April 28 at American Legion

The Kentucky National Guard will sponsor a Military Child Appreciation Day for all dependents from all branches of the military on April 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the American Legion Post 24 on 725 West Broadway in Lawrenceburg.
According to event organizers, the event will include art and crafts activities, puppet shows, corn hole, archery, face painting and more.
Food and drinks will be provided, according to a news release.
