Auxiliary to sponsor Veterans Day celebration
A Veterans Day celebration sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary is planned for Nov. 7 at 3 p.m. at the American Legion Post 34.
The service will be in the Patriot Hall building, and there will be a guest speaker.
Three area churches — Family Worship Center, Open Bible Church and New Life Christian Fellowship — are serving a meal to Anderson County veterans and their spouse/guest following the service.
