Officers will wait tables Nov. 12 for Shop With a Cop

Police officers are willing to wait on you hand and foot to support their effort in bringing a merrier Christmas to children in need.
Deputies with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, Lawrenceburg Police Department officers and emergency management personnel will wait tables Monday, Nov. 12 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Edwardo’s Pizza to raise money for the Shop With a Cop program.
Sponsored by the sheriff’s DARE program, the event will also feature a drawing for a pair of tickets for the UK-Portland game, scheduled for Dec. 8. The drawing includes parking.
