A former paramedic is claiming he was fired from his position for being “a qualified individual with a disability” and is suing Judge-Executive John Wayne Conway and the Anderson County Fiscal Court for letting him go.
In a lawsuit Nov. 2 in Anderson Circuit Court, Scott Tibbetts claims he “suffered from clinical anxiety and depression” from October of 2011 through the time he was fired in March, and that Conway violated the law by firing him.
