Police are investigating the death of a Clay Burgin Road woman who was found dead Friday night in her home, according to a news release from the Kentucky State Police.
The woman’s name is not being released, pending notification of next of kin, police said.
How the woman died has also not been revealed, but according to the news release, police are conducting a death investigation and as of Saturday, were awaiting the results of an autopsy.
The news release does state that police are conducting a “felony” investigation.
