Pot bust suspect remains in jail

Randy Kendall, who was charged March 4 with trafficking over 1,200 pounds of marijuana, currently faces charges in Franklin County District Court, but that could change, said Franklin County Commonwealth Attorney Larry Cleveland.

"The U.S. attorney might want to work it as a federal case," Cleveland said. "But right now, we've still got it."

As the case currently stands, the prosecution will not present its case against Kendall for at least another week, Cleveland said.
