Robert Franklin Parker, 84, died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012 at the IU Health Paoli Hospital in Paoli, Ind.  He was a son of the late Ruby Bell and Hershel F. Parker. 
Graveside service were Friday at Sand Spring Cemetery with military honors.
