The church keyboardist accused of obtaining a fake commercial drivers license is expected to enter a guilty plea this week or next, Commonwealth’s Attorney Larry Cleveland said Monday morning.
Lance Roe, a licensed funeral director at Gash Memorial Chapel and organist at First Baptist Church, is charged with complicity to commit unlawful access to a computer, a Class C felony, and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony.
