The Anderson County Board of Education will meet Monday at 5:30 p.m. to set the real estate and personal property tax rate.
The board met after a public hearing Thursday night with the intention of setting the rate, but a misunderstanding led to a failed motion and left the district without a tax rate.
State law requires the tax rate to be set by the end of August.
