Sheriff Troy Young announced Monday that he will seek another term in office during the 2010 elections.
Young said he filed a letter of intent to seek re-election with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance, freeing him up to take campaign donations.
“Over the past few weeks I have been humbled at the overwhelming number of Anderson County citizens asking me if I’m going to run to continue serving the county in the next election, when the next election is and how they can help,” Young said.
