Major General Edward W. Tonini, 52nd Adjutant General of Kentucky, honored members of the singing group BCB and Company by presenting them with his personal Medallion of Excellence during a performance for the Kentucky National Guard Military Appreciation Day held April 27 at the Anderson County fairgrounds. The group entertained with songs from the ‘50s and ‘60s with an emphasis on Motown. Other activities for the day included face painting, games, puppet shows, pony rides, crafts and archery. Attendance was estimated at 200 and the event was sponsored by the Family Programs Division of the National Guard.
