Six indicted for alcohol and drug possession, theft

The following people were indicted September 6 by the Anderson County Grand Jury, according to information obtained at the Anderson County Courthouse.
Jason P. Woodward, 32, of 524 Copperfield Drive, was indicted on one charge: first-degree illegal possession of a controlled substance.
William K. Hyatt, Jr., 41, of 218 Lynn Drive, was indicted on three charges: first-degree wanton endangerment; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, second offense; possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
