The sixth grade received second place overall in their performance in the combined written assessment and quick recall competitions.
Written assessment rankings are as follows:
Austin Gabhart, first place in math; second place in science
Coleman Boyle, third place in social studies
Ashley Duff, fifth place in arts and humanities
Lydia Fuqua, second place in writing composition
The team held two practice competitions before the showcase.
