Smiles all around as child-tying suspects appear in Circuit Court

The grandmother and parents accused of tying up a 3-year-old girl for up to 16 hours a day laughed and hugged as they exited a courthouse elevator Tuesday morning just minutes after appearing in Anderson Circuit Court.
The grandmother, Carolyn Case, also smiled as she exited the courthouse by one door, while the girl’s parents, Rebecca and Herbert Medley, attempted to hide their faces while exiting from another door.
