Student wins Bravehearts pageant

Kelia Renee Sullivan won the Lexington Riot Sweethearts for Bravehearts Little Miss Pageant on Feb. 19 in Lexington.
The pageant was a fundraiser for two groups that benefit young children: The Lexington Riot Fast Pitch Softball 10U team and the Kosair Children’s Hospital Camp Braveheart.
Camp Braveheart is a weeklong summer camp at Trooper Island for children who have undergone heart surgery, heart related procedures, or suffer from heart related illnesses.
Kelia is a daughter of David Sullivan and Tiua Chilton, a granddaughter of Billy and Gloria Chilton of Salvisa, Donna Sullivan of Harrodsburg and David Sullivan Sr., of Lexington. She is in Mrs. Natalie Brown’s kindergarten class at the Early Childhood Center.
Kelia also won the Miss Personality title. She was presented with a tiara, sash, trophy, box of chocolates and a scholarship for Images Model and Talent Agency.
