Students from James Rapp’s seventh grade class at Anderson County Middle School Dumpster dived to learn about recycling last Thursday as part of a special presentation and kick off by Bluegrass Personal Responsibility in a Desirable Environment, or PRIDE.
Anderson County schools recently received part of a $45,000 recycling grant through the group from the Walmart Foundation used to educate and promote recycling initiatives in Anderson, Garrard and Lincoln public schools.
