Mr. and Mrs. Danny Sutherland of Lawrenceburg announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Shannon Jo Sutherland, to Kenneth David Goodlett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Goodlett of Lawrenceburg.
The bride-to-be is a granddaughter of the late Cecil Cornish and Cora Cornish and the late Leon Sutherland and Juanita Sutherland.
She is a 2001 graduate of Anderson County High School and a 2005 graduate of Lexington Community College. She is employed by Kentucky Housing Corporation in Frankfort.
The groom-to-be is a grandson of Coy and Jo Sea, Eula Goodlett and the late Kenneth Goodlett.
He is a 2001 graduate of Anderson County High School and a 2006 graduate of the Department of Criminal Justice Academy.
He is employed by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife.
A wedding is planned for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25 at Sand Spring Baptist Church. A reception will immediately follow the ceremony at Eagle Lake Convention Center.
All friends and relatives are invited.
