Three Mercer County residents are scheduled to be arraigned May 30 on charges that they were supplying cold pills to be used to manufacture methamphetamine, according to documents on file in Anderson District Court.
Known by police as “smurfing,” the activity typically involves methamphetamine “cooks” paying others to purchase ingredients used to make drug.
