The Christian Academy of Lawrenceburg boys' basketball team recently split a pair of contests, dropping a 60-46 decision to Northside of Louisville but rebounding with a 68-49 win over Mt. Carmel, from eastern Kentucky.
Turnovers killed the Rams against Northside.
After looking like they had the game in hand in the first quarter at Northside, the Rams lost their momentum because of the turnovers.
While Forrest Bowman had come off the bench to give Christian Academy a first quarter boose, the Rams were looking at a 30-20 halftime deficit.
