Two to appear in court for sodomy, sex abuse felonies

Jacob M. Hibbs, 36, of 1409 John Court in Lawrenceburg, was scheduled to appear in Anderson County Circuit Court on Tuesday morning for a disposition hearing regarding one felony count of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12, and two count of first-degree sexual abuse, a Class D felony.
According circuit court documents, Hibbs allegedly subjected a victim younger than 12 years of age to sexual contact around July 1, 2001, again between January 2003 and December 2003 to the same victim, now under the age of 16; and for a third time around July 4, 2006.
