Veteran designation driver’s licenses available

Kentucky veterans are able to obtain driver’s licenses imprinted with the newly authorized “veteran” designation, which became available Sept. 24, according to a news release from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
Veterans must present a Department of Defense form 214 to verify service when they visit Circuit Court clerk’s office. There is also a $20 renewal fee.
