A jury is scheduled to decide this week if a gas station owner used a two-way mirror in his office to peek in on women using the restroom.
John Ellis, 61, owner of the Marathon gas station located just south of the Bluegrass Parkway, was charged in 2005 with attempted voyeurism and disorderly conduct after a mother and daughter claimed someone observed them using the women’s restroom at the station.
A jury trial in Anderson District Court is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday before Judge Donna Dutton.
