Hundreds of bikers will gather Saturday, Sept. 19 for the American Legion Auxiliary’s second-annual poker run to support the Healing Field.
To send them off in style, the Auxiliary is asking for people to be at the park when the bikers rumble away by bringing a flag to wave.
“We hope people will come out and show their support for those participating in the poker run,” said Auxiliary member Shirley Thornberry. “We’re asking people to bring flags to wave when they leave.”
