Jennifer Davis and Edward Davis of Lawrenceburg were married March 30, 2013, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Frankfort.
The Rev. Elvyn Hamilton and Rev. Edward “Buddy” Coleman officiated the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father, Kenneth Powell.
The bride’s parents are Kennth and Gayla Powell of Lawrenceburg. Her grandparent is the late Pauline Perkins.
The groom’s parents are Helen Davis and the late Jim Davis of Frankfort. The groom’s grandmother is Maddie Duncan.
The matron of honor was Angela Sparks of Lawrenceburg, friend of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Jeanette Bottoms of Harrodsburg and Carrie Gerow of Lawrenceburg, friends of the bride.
Flower girls were Reagan and Audrey Russell, daughters of the bride. The ringbearer was James “JT” Davis, nephew of the groom.
The best man was Chris Davis of Lexington, brother of the groom.
Groomsmen were Richard Davis and Mike Davis, brothers of the groom.
Mike Davis also served as usher as well as David Hartley, nephew of the groom, both of Frankfort.
The reception was held in Frankfort, and the honeymoon took place in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tenn.
The couple plans to reside in Lawrenceburg.
The bride is a 2012 BCTC graduate with an associates degree in human services.
The groom is a 1984 Western Hills High School graduate and a former Kentucky National Guardsman.
The bride is currently employed as the St. Paul United Methodist Church administrative assistant.
The groom is currently employed at Landscape Management in Frankfort.
