West retires from The Anderson News

Sales representative Don West retired last Friday from The Anderson News.
West sold advertising for the paper for just over four years.
West said he enjoyed his time at the paper.
“Working at The Anderson News gave me the opportunity to know and work with a lot of really nice people around the county,” West said.
“It has been fun.”
The paper has interviewed a number of candidates to replace West, and is expected to make an announcement within the next two weeks, Publisher Ben Carlson said.
