Woman indicted for rape of child

Documents say victim was under 12 years old

A Lawrenceburg woman was indicted Sept. 18 by the Anderson County Grand Jury on a charge of first-degree rape of a person under the age of 12.
Rochelle L. Olds, 36, of 1139 Versailles Road, Lot 35, was taken into custody Sept. 28.
The charge stems from allegations of rape between September of 2004 and May of 2005.
No other information was available Monday at the Anderson County Courthouse.

Other indictments
Kirby Sutherland, 33, of 1300 Alton Station Road, and Amanda M. Chambers, 32, of Djeddah Drive were each indicted on a felony count of receiving stolen property valued at over $500, according to court documents.
The indictment stems from an incident in August of 2010 involving items stolen from Edward Kirchhoff.
The case was investigated by Det. Bryan Taylor of the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.
Wayne Lamonte Raglin, 36, of 36D South Broadway, Lawrenceburg was indicted on a Class D felony count of flagrant non-support.
According to the indictment, Raglin “persistently failed to provide support which he could reasonably provide” to his minor child and is $12,100.68 in arrears.
James R. Crawford, 34, of 1110 Hazel Drive, Lawrenceburg was indicted on a Class C felony count of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.
The indictment is from an incident in May.
Cash N. Carey, 25, of 107 Scott Court, Lawrenceburg was indicted on a Class D felony of trafficking in methamphetamine.
The indictment stems from an incident in May.
Ashley Nicole Richardson, 23, of 1865 Ashby Road, Lawrenceburg was indicted on a Class D felony count of fraudulent use of a credit card.
The indictment alleges she used a credit card belonging to another woman to obtain money, goods and services valued under $10,000 during a six-month period between September and November of 2011.
