Isn’t to be a Christian the act of emulating Jesus’s commands?
Our society applauds wealth and success as what’s important. Even the apostles argued over strength and who was best and who might sit beside Christ in his kingdom. This is fundamentally human nature.
But what is so fascinating to me is how Jesus, sheer God in human form, looked at what is important and tells us to be servants.
