April 24-June 28: Body Recall, free class held at Anderson County Health Department, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
June 2: Anderson County Relay for Life and Team H.O.P.E. 5K Walk/Run, registration starts at 8:30 a.m., race at 9 a.m., Anderson County community park. Registration is $25. All proceeds will be donated to Relay for Life
June 1-2: Garden Club of Danville, ‘Danville in Bloom’ flower show, June 1 from 1-6 p.m., June 2  from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Admission is free, Community Arts Center, 401 West Main Street, Danville.

Saturday, May 19 --     Golf Scramble – Shotgun start 1 p.m. at Wild Turkey Trace Golf Course. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. Cost is $60 per player or $240 for 4-person team. If you don’t have a team, don’t let that stop you from signing up. Optional mulligans, skirts, throws and kicks will be available. Hole-In-One sponsored by Dutch’s Chevrolet of Mt. Sterling. There will also be a silent auction, tee gifts and a meal. Contact Wild Turkey Trace Golf Course at 502-839-4029 to reserve a spot in the scramble. Proceeds go to Relay for Life.

May 17: 4th Annual Ladies Spring Banquet — 6:30 p.m. at Lawrenceburg First Baptist Church, 111 North Main, for ladies of all ages. Tickets are $10 for ladies, $5 for girls 12 and under. Come join us for a great meal (prepared and served by men from the church), door prizes and fun fellowship. Call the church office at 502-839-6966 for tickets no later than Monday, May 14. All proceeds go to Relay for Life.
