Church News

  • Decision proves cultural norm of moving away from God

As I read a friend’s Twitter update, there was an unsettling feeling in my stomach: “the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church, USA has approved same-sex marriages.”

Afterwards, the unsettled feeling turned to disappointment followed by frustration.

The frustration gave way to sadness over the further abandoning of some two thousand years of conviction about what Scripture says concerning marriage and family.
