The bride’s grandparents are Leroy and Amaryllis Cotton and Carl and the late Mary Lois Birdwhistell.
The groom’s grandparents are Don and Boneva Hurst and Jr. and the late Betty Hagan.
Jeneen C. (Cunningham) Walker and Jonathan C. Walker of Danville celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary Oct. 8 in Lawrenceburg.
Jeneen and Jonathan were married Oct. 8, 1999.
Jeneen is currently employed at Heritage Hall and Jonathan is employed at Best Buy.
Their children are Aliviya C. Walker and Jonathan A. Walker.
The James and Lydia Stratton descendents family reunion will be held Sunday, Oct. 13 at the Anthony D. Stratton Building in the Anderson County Park, Lawrenceburg. An executive committee meeting will be held at 10 a.m., business meeting will be held at noon, and a potluck lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m.
Cheryl Compton and Larry Compton, both of Bowling Green, were married Sept. 14, 2013, on the flight deck of the U.S.S. Yorktown in Charleston, S.C.

The bride wore a dress by David’s Bridal with a lavender bouquet.

The wedding is scheduled to take place Oct. 19, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Waddy. A reception will follow at the Anderson County community park Extension office building.
