The warm weather is finally here.

Any day now there will be fresh produce on at the local farmer’s market on U.S. 127 and the one in Frankfort. Gone are the Christmas cookies, and sadly the Girl Scout cookies I hid in the back of my freezer, devoured.

This is the time of year I look forward to working in my kitchen; it’s a new beginning, a fresh start, eat healthier, walk more, get in the garden, drink more water.
