Glen and Jennifer Drury of Lawrenceburg announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Erin Drury of Pikeville to Johnny Meade III, son of Johnny Meade Jr. and Detrice Meade of Pikeville.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in child and family sciences.
She is employed by the Pikeville Medical Center.
She is a granddaughter of Josephine Sea.
The groom-to-be is employed as a dispatcher for the Kentucky State Police.
Together with their children Rhonda Borders Phillips, formerly of Washington County and now of Lawrenceburg, and Chris Whitaker of Lawrenceburg would like to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late James Charles (J.C.) and Louise Beavers Borders Chesser and Leo Chesser.
She is employed by the Sansbury Care Center as a food and nutrition service manager.
The groom-to-be is the son of the late Paul and Reva Phillips Whitaker. He is employed by Legacy Carting.
