My first week of healthy eating and exercising was a success.
I worked out and had a smoothie for breakfast every day last week. I even tried a new recipe for something I have never made before, granola bars.
I would have never guessed these things were so easy to make and now that I see how quick and yummy they are I am excited to switch them up a bit by adding different nuts and dried fruits to the recipe.
