Feds lower boom on suspected heroin dealer

Police took a man wanted on a federal warrant into custody Saturday when they arrested him at his mother’s house in Highway 151.
Phillip Bradley Warmouth, 31, of 3535 Highway 151, Frankfort, was indicted Dec. 1 by a federal grand jury on on one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin and another for distributing heroin. Both charges are felonies, punishable by not more than 30 years in prison, not more than a $2 million fine and no less than six years of supervised release.
