The Anderson County Tourism Commission has held meetings, paid bills and signed at least one services contract apparently in violation of numerous state statutes, its chairman admitted during an interview last Friday afternoon.
“We have a lot to fix,” said Dan Stumph. “I know we do things that we can’t [legally] do, but we don’t have any choice.”
