    Susan Browning for public intoxication by the Kentucky State Police.

    Robert Medley for probation violation by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.

    Justin Hume for first-degree wanton endangerment, DUI on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.

    Eric V. Alcorn, arraignment, possession of marijuana, buy/possess drug paraphernalia – pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days (conditionally discharged one year, concurrent), $100 to Anderson County Drug Interdiction Fund, $343, installment/deferred payment Mar. 30.

    Austin T. Atkinson, disposition, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – proof of community service, dismissed.

    Joseph Botkins was charged with alcohol intoxication and second degree disorderly conduct by the Lawrenceburg Police Department.

    James Vincent was charged with failure to appear in court or pay fines by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.

    Jan. 2

    Raymond Wilcock was charged with alcohol intoxication by the Lawrenceburg Police Department.

    Terry West, preliminary hearing, first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), first-degree wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle under the influence – referred to Grand Jury.

    Nicholas C. Andrew, arraignment, convicted felon in possession of firearm – continued to Dec. 31.

    Cory D. Gray, hearing, operating a motor vehicle under the influence – proof in file, fines and costs converted to four days to serve (credit time served).
